 职位描述及要求 |
客户专员（20位）
职位要求:
1.最少一年的零售经验，熟悉零售专卖店日常操作流程
2.高中或以上教育程度
3.客户服务意识强，服务态度良好
4.20 - 30岁，1.6米，样貌端庄，个性开朗
5.沟通表达能力强，善于处理人际关系
工作内容:
1. 为顾客提供专业珠宝首饰咨询
2.负责专卖店所有的销售活动包括与售后服务部门联系，处理客户的产品维修要求。
3.寻求并创造机会提升客户忠诚度
4.确保专卖店环境符合公司标准（如：视觉陈列，清洁等）
Customer Service Executive
Requirements:
1. Min. 1 year of working experience in retail or service industry, be familiar with daily retail store operation procedure.
2. Min. high school education.
3. Customer service oriented.
4. 20 – 30yrs old, 1.6m, well groomed with pleasant personality.
5. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide professional consultation to customers.2. To perform all sales activities including after sales service.
3. To seek and create opportunities in building a loyal clientele.
4. To ensure store environment is maintained according to corporate standards. |
