 职位描述及要求 |
The Logistics specialist performs and takes the responsibility for oversea import and export customs clearance and document management; Coordinate related issue with government to assure all import/export cargo can be handled smoothly and economically. Provide the global logistics support to related party and give a best solution according to the project. The miscellaneous projects support as requested from internal or external customer.
Job description:
* Oversea import and export customs clearance and document management; Coordinate related issue with government
* Support global shipment of Chinese suppliers.
* Support global Logistics service operation.
* Working with local production team to optimize inventory (further).
* Miscellaneous projects support as requested from internal or external customer
* Handle customs clearance for import cargo, such as doc management and import certificate application.
* Follow each export shipment from suppliers, such as B/L confirmation.
* Follow the status of import cargo and update to local production team.
* Make the payment application to financial and follow the final result.
* Provide global logistics support to related party
Profile:
* Bachelor degree or above
* Excellent English skill in communication
* Good knowledge in computer
* More than 2 years Logistics experience is required
* Comprehensive and careful thought for project
* Gentle and kind for communication with related cooperative party
* Corrective and accurate procedure for working
* Team work spirit
* Manage stressful situations and working under pressure |
